The Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission awards grants for projects promoting or furthering the use of alternative dispute resolution in Arkansas. Funding is provided by a state appropriation totaling $25,000 annually.
The Commission has determined these funds may be used for programs including, but not limited to the following:
- District, Circuit, and Appellate Court ADR Programs
- School Conflict Resolution/Peer Mediation Programs
- General Community ADR Education Programs
- Mediation Training
- Other Programs promoting/using ADR
