Eligibility requirements appear in Rule XIII of the Rules Governing Admission to the Bar. The burden of establishing eligibility for any form of admission rests with the applicant. It is the applicant’s responsibility to confirm compliance with these requirements before submitting applications and the non-refundable fee.
As of September 2026, all bar exam admission applications and fees are to be submitted online.
