The Grants Coordinator is responsible for planning and reviewing the lifecycle of grants and monitoring financial and operational compliance of agency grants and subgrants.
- Education
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience
- Two years of experience in grant lifecycle management or a related area.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge of financial grants management.
- Knowledge of fiscal control practices.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations governing grant administration.
- Knowledge of state budgetary and accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Arkansas Administrative Statewide Information System (AASIS).
- Ability to research, interpret, and apply state and federal laws and regulations governing grants administration.
- Ability to develop, monitor, and evaluate grant program compliance.
- Ability to prepare, present, and review technical information and materials.
