The Administrative Office of the Courts has become aware of a scam text message being sent to Arkansas residents. The text of the message is below:
Dear Driver:
You are herby formally summoned by Arkansas District Court to appear regarding your unpaid traffic violation with citation number AR-228234-2025. Judge: David Thompson; Clerk Maria Gonzalez; Case #: AR-DC-2026-TR-47291. The mandatory court appearance is scheduled for April 3, 2026 at 9:00AM.
If you receive the message, please ignore and delete the message from your phone.

Time must be entered monthly by the 7th of each month, i.e. August information to be entered by September 7, 2020.
Last date to enter information is November 8, 2020.
