This interactive Q&A session will explore mediation conundrums and what to do when you reach a standstill. Some questions require consultation not only of our ethical rules but also of our consciences.

Presenters: 
Leslie Copeland is a certified mediator in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She is the founder of Leslie Copeland Law & Mediation where she and her associates focus on family law litigation specifically. She graduated with honors from Mount Saint Mary Academy, Westminster College, and the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law. She is also a certified attorney ad litem. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to see live music and playing tennis.

Hadley M. Hindmarsh has represented children for 10 years. As the child's lawyer, Hadley has walked in creeks, ridden bikes, ice skated, thrown footballs and baseballs, played basketball and soccer, colored, arranged flowers, built spaceships with Legos, reunited a child with her dog, attended funerals, held a 12-foot long albino Burmese python, and been the bearer of both bad and great news! As an advocate for the children's best interests,  Hadley focuses on identifying common ground and encouraging pre-trial resolution opportunities. Hadley earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2007.
