Minimum Viable Product 2 (MVP2)

Entity Management

  • Entity refers to a person or a business
  • There is an Entity Management block on the post-login landing page
    • If the block appears after login, then the user has access to Entity Management
  • The ability to search for a person or business with the following fields:
    • Entity ID
      • An autogenerated ID
    • Last Name
      • Can search by partial last names
    • Business Name
      • Can search by partial business names
    • First Name
      • Can search by partial first names
    • Middle Name
      • Can search by partial middle names
    • Date of Birth
      • Cannot be in the future
    • State ID
    • SSN
      • Format: XXX-XX-XXXX
    • License Number
    • Phone Number
    • Email
      • Must be a valid email
    • Address Street
      • Can search by partial street
    • Address City
      • Can only search for City if you input a Street
  • The ability to look at the details of an entity with the current possible information:
    • Business
      • Entity ID
      • Name
      • Active
      • Entity Type
      • Business Type
      • License Number
      • Tax ID
      • Attached:

    • System autogenerates and Entity ID
    • When creating Business, the ability to attach a Person Entity as a registered agent

    • User must type “DELETE” to Confirm deletion

    • This includes all fields, except for entity ID
