Chief Justice John Dan Kemp received an email from Circuit Judge Robin Carroll at 4:29 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2022, stating:
“I resign as Circuit Judge effective immediately.”
Chief Justice Kemp has accepted the resignation and declared a vacancy in Division 4 of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. The Governor has been notified, and a request to fill the vacancy has been made.
