The Arkansas Supreme Court will mark its 186th anniversary by hearing the first oral argument of the 2022 Fall Term in the Old Supreme Court Chamber in the State Capitol building on Thursday, September 29, 2022. This proceeding is open to the public. The Court will hear the case CV-21-557, Keith Gibson et al. v. Mary Buonauito et al., from Pulaski County Circuit Court, Sixteenth Division, beginning at 10:00 a.m. A reception will be held at the Justice Building after the oral argument to celebrate the Court’s anniversary and the beginning of a new term.
