The Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission is scheduling mediation training courses for 2020 and is seeking proposals from trainers interested in contracting with the Commission to provide the services. Required trainer qualifications and course curriculum are set out in the Commission's Minimum Standards for Mediation Training located at https://courts.arkansas.gov/administration/adr/training
In your proposal, please specify whether travel expenses and written materials are included in the fee. If not, please detail those expenses to the best of your ability.
2020 Tentative Training Schedule:
40 Hour Civil Trial Court Mediation Training July 20-24, 2020
40 Hour Family Mediation Training August 31- September 4, 2020 or September 21-25, 2020
20 Hour Family Mediation Training October 5 - 7, 2020 or October 12 -14, 2020
You may propose alternative dates; however, we are limited by the availability of the training space in our facilities.
