Scheduling a Visit
Oral arguments held by the Arkansas Supreme Court or Court of Appeals are open to the public and are conducted in the Justice Building Courtroom.
To schedule your group to tour the Justice Building and/or attend an oral argument:
1. Check the calendar to choose a date. The Court of Appeals reserves the courtroom for arguments at 9 a.m. on Wednesday mornings and the Supreme Court at 9 a.m. on Thursday mornings. Oral arguments are typically one hour in length.
2. To schedule a guided visit (minimum of 5 guests) to the Justice Building, please complete our Request Form.
3. Once your tour is scheduled, please review the Guide to Oral Arguments, which explains both the rules of the courtroom and the oral argument process.
4. The briefs of the case will be emailed to you a few days in advance so you can learn the Facts of the Case—the evidence that was heard and decisions made in the circuit court. If you are unable to attend arguments in person, all arguments are streamed live from our website. Past arguments are archived here.
