The Arkansas Code Revision Commission is created within the legislative branch of the government. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated section 1-2-301(b)(1)(C) and (b)(2)(C), the Supreme Court of Arkansas is obligated to appoint three (3) members of the Bar of Arkansas to the Commission to serve a term of four (4) years. There is no limit to the amount of terms an appointee may serve.
