ORDER OF INTERIM SUSPENSION
Respondent Reginald Shelton McCullough, Arkansas Bar ID #85102, an attorney practicing law primarily in Little Rock, Arkansas, will be placed on Interim Suspension from the practice of law in the State of Arkansas effective upon the filing of this Order with the Clerk of the Arkansas Supreme Court.
The Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct (Committee), Panel B, pursuant to Section 13 of the Procedures of the Arkansas Supreme Court Regulating the Professional Conduct of Attorneys at Law (Rev. 2002) on February 18, 2005, voted to initiate disbarment proceedings against Respondent for his misconduct as set forth in CPC Docket Nos. 2003-166 and 2004-009. In reaching the decision to initiate disbarment proceedings, the Committee specifically considered Mr. McCullough’s prior disciplinary record before the Committee, as allowed pursuant to Section 19.L of the Procedures. The Committee also unanimously voted that an interim suspension of Respondent’s privilege to practice law under the authority of his Arkansas law license be imposed pursuant to Sections 16A(1) and 17E(3)(a) of the Procedures.
It is therefore ORDERED that Respondent Reginald Shelton McCullough be, and he hereby is, SUSPENDED from the practice of law within this jurisdiction immediately upon the filing of this Order with the Clerk of the Arkansas Supreme Court.
