Circuit Courts

Benton County | Division 1
Jury Trials scheduled in Benton County Division One (Judge Robin Green) for 1/10 and 1/13 are rescheduled for 1/24 at 8:00 a.m. View Order
Cross, Lee, Monroe, Phillips, St. Francis, and Woodruff | First Judicial Circuit
All hearings will be held by video conference or telephone conference unless the presiding judge finds that exceptional circumstances require an in-person hearing. As for criminal matters, it will be left to the judge presiding over that case on how to proceed. If you currently have a hearing set, please contact the judge's TCA to make Zoom or teleconferencing arrangements.
Jefferson County Circuit Court
The Jefferson County Courthouse is closed until Monday, January 24, 2022. This includes Circuit & District courts. All Lincoln County courts remain open.
Pulaski County, Sixth Judicial Circuit, First Division

Saline County, Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit
All divisions in Saline County have suspended jury trials which are scheduled through January 31, 2022.

District Courts

Faulkner County District Court
The Ninth State District Court is suspending in-person plea and arraignments and trials through next Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at this time. We will still conduct first appearances for newly arrested criminal defendants and any other necessary appearance by a detainee as required by the interests of justice.
Jefferson County District Court 
The Jefferson County Courthouse is closed until Monday, January 24, 2022. This includes Circuit & District courts. All Lincoln County courts remain open. 
City of Vilonia District Court
City of Vilonia District Court on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 is cancelled because of Covid.
